I’ve just taken and passed my BCS Requirements Engineering exam (scoring 85%) – all done virtually! I wanted to pass my thanks to Peter for helping me pick the right course which will really help me in my work. I didn’t think that I’d like being sat in front of my laptop for 3 days but the frequent exercises and interactions with the other attendees meant the time passed by.

Just wanted to thank you for running an excellent course this week. The delivery, pace and content were all spot on.
Took the exam this afternoon and thankfully passed!

Brilliant facilitator. Allowed the group to bond whilst delivering the material and keeping on track. She has a clear in-depth knowledge of the industry and was happy to explain things outside the syllabus in order to help us understand. A very good training package.

The training course and whole experience with BA Training Solutions has been fantastic! The course was enjoyable, informative and gave me what I needed, both in order to pass the exam and take away the skills needed to further my work as an ‘unofficial’ BA.

Rob was a fantastic trainer who made me feel relaxed and engaged throughout. It can be a bit daunting doing this sort of thing over Zoom but the clear instructions on what was expected of us and when to turn our cameras on/off was much appreciated. Rob used many different techniques such as acronyms and flipchart diagrams to help the course material sink in – I could not have passed the exam without having attended the course!

Would like to thank you both for your assistance initially with course booking and organising. And also please convey special thanks to Rob and I should say he has done a great job in keeping the learning group engaged and interested.

I didn’t get a chance to thank Rob properly yesterday for the Req. Eng. Course. It was delivered brilliantly, and there was a good mix of exam content vs real world application which made it engaging. Please can you pass my thanks on to him.

I really enjoyed last week and it has given us a lot of content to work through in order to put structure in the team and agree product deliverables across different projects.

Please pass on my thanks to Rob who provided an absolutely excellent course this week (business process modelling). I’m usually in favour of in-person training, but Rob did a fantastic job providing this virtually. The course was well structured, with just the right amount of breaks to help with onscreen concentration. The mix of individual and group activities worked really well and the course content was taught brilliantly and at a good pace.

I’ve attended many courses over the last few years, and this was genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed the three days, and to top it off we learnt about things that I’ll actually be able to practically use in the old day job!

The only thing to add is more credit for Peter, he was fab!!

He kept engagement throughout the 3 days and that I think is really hard to do especially as it was virtual course. Answered all questions and really translated it back to the day job as well as equipping us for the exam. He is one of the best trainers I have come across in my 18 years in the civil service.

Out of all the decisions I have made in life (right and wrong), I so bless the day I sent my first enquiry. Taking my courses with BA training solutions is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The training experience didn’t just help me pass my exams, it equipped me in becoming a better Business Analyst.

General feedback would be that both (tutors) Pete and Rob have been great. The course materials (and the fact they are physical) and sample papers are a great resource. The fact that you are specialised and very well experienced in the field was the main reason I favoured yourselves over more general training organisations (we have an agreement with another large training company, but I’d still always prefer yourselves having experienced both).
