I’ve just taken and passed my BCS Requirements Engineering exam (scoring 85%) – all done virtually! I wanted to pass my thanks to Beverley for helping me pick the right course which will really help me in my work. I didn’t think that I’d like being sat in front of my laptop for 3 days but the frequent exercises and interactions with the other attendees meant the time passed by. Having access to your ‘exam expert’ after the course while I was revising was also extremely helpful

Brilliant facilitator. Allowed the group to bond whilst delivering the material and keeping on track. She has a clear in-depth knowledge of the industry and was happy to explain things outside the syllabus in order to help us understand. A very good training package.

The training course and whole experience with BA Training Solutions has been fantastic! The course was enjoyable, informative and gave me what I needed, both in order to pass the exam and take away the skills needed to further my work as an ‘unofficial’ BA.

Rob was a fantastic trainer who made me feel relaxed and engaged throughout. It can be a bit daunting doing this sort of thing over Zoom but the clear instructions on what was expected of us and when to turn our cameras on/off was much appreciated. Rob used many different techniques such as acronyms and flipchart diagrams to help the course material sink in – I could not have passed the exam without having attended the course!

Would like to thank you both for your assistance initially with course booking and organising. And also please convey special thanks to Rob and I should say he has done a great job in keeping the learning group engaged and interested.

I didn’t get a chance to thank Rob properly yesterday for the Req. Eng. Course. It was delivered brilliantly, and there was a good mix of exam content vs real world application which made it engaging. Please can you pass my thanks on to him.

I went from feeling terrified of scary huge business process models on Monday – to passing the exam with 90% on Wednesday! Having attended a number of BA-related courses (with other training providers) recently, the difference is night and day. The numbers on your course worked really well and Rob was able to provide 1-2-1 coaching to delegates and brought everyone in to the conversations – the opposite of what I’ve had on other courses (where you can often just feel like a number when there’s 15-20 other people on there).

I would like to say thank you to you and the team for the lovely service and the excellent training. Rob was absolutely wonderful for the three day training period. I’m happy to say I passed the exam.

Please pass on my thanks to Rob who provided an absolutely excellent course this week (business process modelling). I’m usually in favour of in-person training, but Rob did a fantastic job providing this virtually. The course was well structured, with just the right amount of breaks to help with onscreen concentration. The mix of individual and group activities worked really well and the course content was taught brilliantly and at a good pace.

I’ve attended many courses over the last few years, and this was genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed the three days, and to top it off we learnt about things that I’ll actually be able to practically use in the old day job!
