As well as providing Business Analysts with the key skills to effectively
contribute to business change projects, our business analysis training courses coach delegates in a ‘way of
thinking’ and analysing that delivers the right result first time with minimal
cost and maximum benefit. We also focus on the Business Analyst’s responsibilities as a change
facilitator throughout the whole of the project lifecycle - from scoping through
to implementation.
Our business analysis training courses educate and encourage Business Analysts to break down the ‘organisational
walls’ that often contribute to project failure or non-delivery of business
benefits. All of our business analysis courses have a highly practical bias as we believe that this is
the best way to learn and to build confidence..

This course is aimed at getting new or inexperienced Business Analysts
up and running in their role. It builds confidence and provides an ideal
introduction to the role of the Business Analyst. The focus of the
Fundamentals course is on learning real-world business analysis skills
that can be applied back in the workplace. However, the course also
covers the whole of the ISEB Requirements Engineering syllabus, so this
exam can be taken at the end of the course, or at a later date during
one of our public exam days. This allows delegates to focus their
attention on learning. This course is also formally accredited by the
IIBA and can be used to count towards the CBAP qualification |
