We offer the following services:
| Telephone Interviewing | We will perform telephone interviews using our own unique set of scenario based questions. We tend to find that the best candidates are already in gainful employment. Therefore, we provide an 'out of hours' service including weekends. |
| Flat fee advertising and CV sifting service | If you prefer to conduct all the interviews yourself but want to improve your chances of having a good shortlist of candidates to see, this may be the service for you. For a flat fee of £1000, payable in advance, we will advertise your vacancy on at least 2 websites which we know generate good candidates, as well as on our own website. We will then sift the CV's and send you a shortlist of candidates who fit your needs most closely, having checked them carefully against your criteria. If you need to move quickly we can take payment by credit card. |
| Assessment Centre | We can conduct a one day assessment centre for Business Analysts where their Business Analysis skills and aptitude in group and individual exercises can be tested and assessed. |
| On-Site Interviewing | We will interview candidates at the client site or at a venue of the client's or applicant's choosing. This service can also be provided 'out of hours'. |
| Full Agency Recruitment Service | If required we can provide a full agency and contractor service although we are happy to deal through your own preferred suppliers as necessary. We also offer a unique fixed-price contractor service. |
| Business Analyst Database | We maintain a database of pre-vetted Business Analysts and Project Managers. These are Business Analysts and Project Managers who are known to us or have been through a full telephone interview. |
