Intended Audience

This 2 day course is aimed at staff with little or no experience of Process Modelling.

Note that we also offer an accredited ISEB Modelling Business Processes course for delegates interested in achieving the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course the delegate will be able to:

• Understand when to use Process Models
• Produce different types of Process Diagram
• Produce detailed process descriptions
• Use Process Models to document requirements and project scope
• Understand the link to organisational models

Case Study

A team-based case study is used throughout.

Course Information
