Fundamentals of Business Analysis (includes BCS Requirements Engineering) - 5 days	This course is aimed at getting new or inexperienced Business Analysts up and running in their role. It builds confidence and provides an ideal introduction to the role of the Business Analyst. The focus of the Fundamentals course is on learning real-world business analysis skills that can be applied back in the workplace. However, the course also covers the whole of the BCS Requirements Engineering syllabus, so this exam can be taken at the end of the course, or at a later date during one of our public exam days. This allows delegates to focus their attention on learning. This course is also formally accredited by the IIBA and can be used to count towards the CBAP qualification
Advanced (Intensive) Business Analysis - 5 days	This course is aimed at delegates who have already attended a 5 day Fundamentals of Business Analysis course and have sat the Requirements Engineering exam, and who now wish to complete their BCS Diploma over the shortest time possible. The course is intensive and covers the Business Analysis Practice, Modelling Business Processes and The Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis over 5 days. This course has a high intensity level and is exam focussed. Delegates are required to complete at least 8-10 hours pre-reading before attending this course.
BCS Modelling Business Processes - 2 days	This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation and is a Practitioner specialism module for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
BCS Business Analysis Practice (formally Essentials) - 3 days	This course covers strategic business analysis skills. This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation or for Business Analysts working at a more strategic level in determining strategic business change. It is a Core module for the Diploma
BCS Commercial Awareness - 2 days	This certificate is concerned with the commercial and organisational knowledge required for business analysis work and is a knowledge-based specialism module for the diploma in business analysis
BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis- 3 days	This certificate provides a very broad coverage of many aspects of Business Analysis for those seeking a high-level understanding of the Business Analyst role and is a knowledge-based specialism module for the diploma in business analysis
BCS Foundation Certificate in IS Project Management- 3 days	The IS Project Management Foundation Certificate provides an understanding of the principles of project management, including those that relate to project planning, monitoring and control, change control and configuration management, effort estimation, quality and risk management and communication between project stakeholders. It is a knowledge-based specialism module for the diploma in business analysis
BCS Foundation Certificate in IT Enabled Business Change- 3 days	This certificate considers the underlying concepts in the areas of business and requirements analysis, change management and the consultancy skills necessary to ensure maximum value is achieved from the implementation of IT-enabled solutions. It is a knowledge-based specialism module for the diploma in business analysis
BCS System Development Essentials - 3 days	This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation and is a Practitioner Specialism module for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
BCS Oral Exam Preparation Day - 1 day	This one day workshop assists delegates in preparing for their oral exam. Attendees are given example interview questions. 2 hours of training time are available to revisit any course material that delegates may want to refresh.

BCS Requirements Engineering - 3/4 days	This course is recommended for Business Analysts who already have several years of experience and are seeking a professional qualification. Our 5 day Fundamentals of Business Analysis course (above) also includes the BCS Requirements Engineering exam.
Introduction to Business Analysis - 2 days	Condensed version of the Fundamentals of Business Analysis course. This course is also suited to business users and other 'non-analyst' project roles.
Data Modelling - 2 days	Introduction to Data Modelling for Business Analysts
Process Modelling - 2 days	Introduction to Process Modelling for Business Analysts
BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) - 1,2 or 3 days	Introduction to Business Process Modelling Notation for Business Analysts. The content of this course can be varied depending on your delegates needs.
Agile Foundations Training - 1, 2 or 3 days	This course is specifically designed for professional Business Analysts and those charged with performing Business Analysis on a software team. Project Managers and Software Engineers who need to provide analysis will benefit from this course too.
