Courses
We run a regular schedule of Business Analysis training courses at our venue in central London. Our public training is suitable for private individuals, smaller groups of delegates from the same company or for large companies wanting flexibility to provide training for their Business Analysts as they can attend on any of our many scheduled dates. We ensure every delegate gets individual attention from the trainer by keeping our class sizes small. The normal maximum number of attendees for our courses is 9 for Practitioner level courses and 12 for Foundation level courses.
A new Approach to Business Analyst Training
As well as providing Business Analysts with the key skills to effectively contribute to business change projects, our business analysis training courses coach delegates in a ‘way of thinking’ and analysing that delivers the right result first time with minimal cost and maximum benefit. We also focus on the Business Analyst’s responsibilities as a change facilitator throughout the whole of the project lifecycle - from scoping through to implementation.

| Fundamentals of Business Analysis (includes BCS Requirements Engineering) - 5 days | This course is aimed at getting new or inexperienced Business Analysts up and running in their role. It builds confidence and provides an ideal introduction to the role of the Business Analyst. The focus of the Fundamentals course is on learning real-world business analysis skills that can be applied back in the workplace. However, the course also covers the whole of the BCS Requirements Engineering syllabus, so this exam can be taken at the end of the course, or at a later date during one of our public exam days. This allows delegates to focus their attention on learning. This course is also formally accredited by the IIBA and can be used to count towards the CBAP qualification |
| Advanced Business Analysis - 5 days | This course is aimed at delegates who have already attended a 5 day Fundamentals of Business Analysis course and have sat the Requirements Engineering exam, and who now wish to complete their BCS Diploma over the shortest time possible. The course is intensive and covers the Business Analysis Essentials, Modelling Business Processes and Organisational Context modules over 5 days. |
| BCS Business Analysis Practice (formally Essentials) - 3 days | This course covers strategic business analysis skills. This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation or for Business Analysts working at a more strategic level in determining strategic business change. It is a Core module for the Diploma |
| BCS Requirements Engineering - 3 days | This course is recommended for Business Analysts who already have several years of experience and are seeking a professional qualification. Our 5 day Fundamentals of Business Analysis course (above) also includes the BCS Requirements Engineering exam. |
| BCS Modelling Business Processes - 2 days | This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation and is a Practitioner specialism module for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. |
| BCS Organisational Context - 2 days | This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation and is the Knowledge-based specialism module for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. |
| BCS Foundation Certificate in Buisness Analysis- 3 days | This certificate provides a very broad coverage of many aspects of Business Analysis for those seeking a high-level understanding of the Business Analyst role. |
| BCS System Development Essentials - 3 days | This course is aimed at Business Analysts seeking BCS accreditation and is a Practitioner Specialism module for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. |
| BCS Oral Exam Preparation Day - 1 day | This one day workshop assists delegates in preparing for their oral exam. Attendees are given example interview questions. 2 hours of training time are available to revisit any course material that delegates may want to refresh. This course is free for delegates who have completed all 4 modules for the BCS Diploma with us. |

Participants are expected to have experience undertaking Business Analysis on software development projects. |
