Courses

We run a regular schedule of Business Analysis training courses at our venue in central London. Our public training is suitable for private individuals, smaller groups of delegates from the same company or for large companies wanting flexibility to provide training for their Business Analystss. We offer small class sizes on all our public courses, a maximum of 9 delegates - some other providers allow up to 20

A new Approach to Business Analyst Training

As well as providing Business Analysts with the key skills to effectively contribute to business change projects, our business analysis training courses coach delegates in a ‘way of thinking’ and analysing that delivers the right result first time with minimal cost and maximum benefit. We also focus on the Business Analyst’s responsibilities as a change facilitator throughout the whole of the project lifecycle - from scoping through to implementation.
