BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
The ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis has changed its name. From October 2011 it will be known as the 'BCS Diploma in Business Analysis'. The structure of the Diploma remains the same, but updates are being made to the syllabus for some modules. Our website and training has been updated to reflect these changes. Over the next 6 months BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT will be introducing some further changes to the scheme. Modular certificates isssued under the former branding of 'ISEB' are still valid.

You must successfully take four of these modules to qualify for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. Two Core Modules, one Knowledge-based Specialism and one Practitioner Specialism
Following successful completion of the 4 written modules needed for the Diploma candidates must then also attend a one hour oral exam directly with the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. A fee for this is payable directly to the Institute.
For inviduals or small groups wanting to obtain the Diploma through public training we offer our Fundamentals of Business Analysis course (5 days) followed by our Advanced Business Analysis course (5 days). Together these courses allow the attendee to obtain the BCS certificates in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis Essentials, Modelling Business Processes and Organisational Context. Following completion of these two courses delegates can attend an free of charge oral exam prepartation before going on to take their oral exam directly with examiners at the Institute. We also offer modular courses instead of the Advanced course for those who want to spread their training over a longer time period.
For larger organisations who want to arrange on-site training our options include a modular route, where you can spread out your training over a few months, or a more intensive option where you can choose to fast track your BCS Business Analysis Diploma courses over 10 consecutive days. The route you choose is up to you, but we are happy to offer advice should you want to discuss your company's training needs.
