ISEB is part of the British Computer Society (BCS). It offers an industry recognised qualification in a number of areas including Business Analysis. Delegates may achieve the Business Analysis diploma by sitting 3 compulsory modules and one optional module. To gain the final diploma there is an oral examination with the BCS. |
Intended Audience
The ISEB diploma modular course structure is aimed at experienced Business Analysts with at least 12 months commercial experience.
For Business Analysts with less than 12 months practical experience, we recommend our Fundamentals of Business Analysis course. This course can then be followed by our Advanced Business Analysis course in order to achieve the modular certificates for the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis. Our training advisors will be happy to discuss the most suitable course with you.
Course Objectives
To offer the relevant training required to allow experienced business analysts to achieve the ISEB Business Analysis diploma.
We currently offer the following modules:
- Organisational Context – 2 days
- Requirements Engineering – 3 or 4 days
- Business Analysis Essentials (Strategic Business Analysis) – 3 days
- Modelling Business Processes - 2 days

A one hour open book examination may be taken at the end of each module.
Please note that achieving the ISEB BA Diploma is still dependent upon attending an oral examination directly with the British Computer Society in addition to achieving the required modular ‘credits’.
Business Analysis Diploma Oral Examination
On successfully completing the examinations for this course, Business Analysts are eligible to take a one-hour oral-examination can be arranged via the British Computer Society leading to the Diploma in Business Analysis. For more details click here.
